Retail Terms:

General:

First and foremost, we unconditionally guarantee all items sold. You may return any purchase for any reason for full refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to a ten percent stocking charge.

Having said that, please note:

• All of our products are individually hand crafted,
• As such, all sizes given must be considered as approximations, and
• Minor imperfections and slight variations in design from items depicted should be expected.

Payment Terms:

• Using our Shopping Cart, payment may be made at time of purchase using either MasterCard, Discover, Visa, or American Express. Orders received paid by credit card are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
• Money Orders and Personal checks are welcome, but please understand that we cannot ship the merchandise until the check has cleared your bank.

• We do not accept either cash or COD orders.
• All Items Shipped Via UPS. No Additional Charges For "normal" Freight Within Continental United States. "Rush" freight at cost.
• $10.00 Packing and Handling Fee For Orders Less Than $50.00.
